About the Role

The Van Sheet/Claims Clerk will play a crucial role in various business sections of Phakisa Holdings, capturing and processing transactions and documents with accuracy. Reporting to Operation, this contractor will be responsible for daily tasks that ensure timely delivery of reports and accurate management of driver allocations.

Key Responsibilities

Accurate capturing, processing, and filing of transactions and documents.
Ensure correct allocation of drivers to routes and timely driver changes.
Process daily documents, handle debits/credits accurately, and reconcile PODs.
Maintain Capisol Filing System, debtors queries, and general housekeeping.

Requirements

Matric with mathematics and/or Accounting.
3-5 years administration experience.
Financial systems knowledge.
Good administration practices.
Computer literacy and advanced MS skills.
Numerical accuracy and ability to work under pressure.
Financial accounting principles and Syspro modules.

Qualifications
