About the Role

As a Farm Manager at Talent Link, you will be responsible for overseeing the full day-to-day management of our farm. This includes managing and optimising apple and pear production cycles, leading and mentoring on-site farm staff, implementing and maintaining best agricultural practices, and ensuring efficient use of resources, equipment, and inputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor crop health, irrigation, pruning, and harvesting processes
