About the Role
We are seeking a Junior Manager Retail to join our team in Grabouw, where you will play a key role in driving sales growth and operational excellence in our stores. As a Junior Manager, you will be responsible for delivering compelling customer experiences, executing promotions, and optimizing inventory to achieve financial targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Manager in store performance by driving sales growth and operational excellence
- Understand the store’s product offering and customer base to deliver compelling experiences
- Execute promotions and optimize inventory
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction
- Comply with policies and regulations
- Supervise a high-performing team
- Champion digital processes and manage consumer-facing content in-store
- Enhance efficiency and uphold brand presentation standards
Requirements
- Grade 12
- A minimum of 3 years experience in retail sales, including proven store experience in a supervisory capacity
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office with advanced knowledge of retail operating systems
