George: Service Advisor

Description: Welcome customers and assist with service enquiries Book vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair Prepare job cards, quotations, and invoices Communicate updates between customers and the workshop Advise customers on required services, parts, and follow-up work Ensure all work is authorised and properly documented Perform after-service follow-ups and maintain customer satisfaction Maintain accurate records on the dealership system Work closely with workshop technicians and parts department Requirements: Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (essential) Strong customer service and communication skills Good understanding of motor vehicle servicing and repairs Computer literate and confident with dealership/workshop systems Able to handle a fast-paced, customer-driven environment Professional, well-presented, and organised Valid driver’s licence Please note only candidates that meet the minimum requirements will be considered.  Please follow our website and social media channels to be the first to know when our clients have new vacancies!
