About the Role
As a Service Advisor at our dealership, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support for their vehicle needs. You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing job cards and quotations, and maintaining accurate records on our dealership system.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist with service enquiries
- Book vehicles in for service, maintenance, and repair
- Prepare job cards, quotations, and invoices
- Communicate updates between customers and the workshop
- Advise customers on required services, parts, and follow-up work
- Ensure all work is authorised and properly documented
- Perform after-service follow-ups and maintain customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records on the dealership system
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry (essential)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good understanding of motor vehicle servicing and repairs
- Computer literate and confident with dealership/workshop systems
- Able to handle a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
- Professional, well-presented, and organised
- Valid driver’s licence
