Aircraft Technician

Job Description

Duties:

Install, Configurate, monitor and upgrade wireless infrastructure, incl wireless controllers, network access systems and guest networks.
Setup and maintain WI-FI access points (WAPs), radios, antennas, routers, switches and servers
Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity issues, providing level one, two and three support for wireless systems.
Conduct wireless site surveys, positioning WAPs, testing coverage and optimizing network performance
Collaborate with IT helpdesk and other technical teams to resolve wireless configuration issues
Maintain and secure network invironments, radius servers, IP addresses and client security software
Record and Maintain user support documentation, configuration backups and network reports
Conduct maintenance and troubleshooting on fibre broadband and broadband wireless access equipment
