About the Role
The Risk Analyst role at Network Finance in Johannesburg North involves partnering with business stakeholders to analyse, monitor, and report risks in line with the risk plan. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying risk gaps and weaknesses, collaborating with stakeholders to develop and track remedial action plans, preparing and presenting risk reports, driving efficiencies through improved processes, automation, and innovative risk practices, and maintaining oversight of risk remediation actions.
Key Responsibilities

- Identify risk gaps and weaknesses, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop and track remedial action plans
- Prepare and present risk reports highlighting key issues, trends, and areas requiring escalation
- Drive efficiencies through improved processes, automation, and innovative risk practices
- Maintain oversight of risk remediation actions and ensure delivery within agreed timelines
Requirements
- Degree in Risk Management or a related discipline
- 2–3 years’ experience in the financial services or insurance industry with exposure to risk management
- Experience working with governance, regulatory, and compliance frameworks
- Exposure to stakeholder engagement and risk reporting
