About the Role
Time Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Germiston. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for contributing to the development and rollout of marketing campaigns, designing visually appealing content, and supporting the coordination of events and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and rollout of marketing campaigns
- Design visually appealing content for both digital and print media
- Assist with social media activities, including content planning, creation, and scheduling
- Support the coordination of campaigns, promotions, and events
- Collaborate with team members to generate fresh and creative ideas
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Perform basic market research and assist with tracking campaign results
- Help compile internal communications such as newsletters, updates, and email content
- Assist in preparing presentations and marketing collateral
- Maintain and update internal communication channels and media platforms
- Keep the customer database accurate and up to date
- Capture and produce basic photo and video content for marketing and internal use
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) is essential
- A qualification or hands-on experience in marketing, graphic design, or a related field will be beneficial
- A genuine interest in marketing, branding, and creative design
- Skilled in design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Canva, or similar (highly advantageous)
- Strong eye for detail with excellent organisational ability
- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, collaborative environment
- Proactive, self-driven, and eager to take initiative
