About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Head Office, ensuring the smooth operation of various company functions and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections of vehicles and compile and submit detailed reports.
- Prepare and submit reports for firearm compliance.
- Coordinate Reg21 appointments and related paperwork to accounts payable.
- Update records as required on DMS.
- Handle expiration dates for personnel certifications.
- Maintain and record information in docket register.
- Timely submission of fuel reports.
- Assist investigators with issues related to company equipment.
- Manage printer-related matters as well as parcel sending and receiving.
- Liaise with the procurement department regarding office maintenance requests.
- Accommodation, Flight and Bus bookings & S&T’s.
- Maintain meeting minutes.
- Ensure confidentiality of all employee and company information.
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric).
- Relevant administrative qualification will be advantageous.
- Previous administrative experience, preferably within the security industry.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Strong computer and report writing skills.
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask.
- Clean criminal and credit record.
Qualifications
No formal qualifications are required for this position. Relevant administrative experience is preferred.
