Key Responsibilities

• Overseeing all aspects of resort operations in conjunction with the Resort Property Custodian
• Ensuring highest standards of guest satisfaction, financial performance, and employee engagement
• Shaping the guest experience, maintaining property reputation, and driving business goals
• Managing budgets and ensuring financial acumen

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of 4-star resort operations and leadership experience
• Strong financial management skills
• Advanced computer literacy
• Excellent Rate management and Reservations skills
• In-depth knowledge of lodge operations
