About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and execute high-end pastry dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Assist the Executive Chef in menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Pastry Sous Chef or equivalent in a luxury hospitality environment.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality pastry dishes under pressure.
- Strong knowledge of international cuisine and pastry techniques.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work long hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
- Formal education in Culinary Arts or related field (e.g., Baking and Pastry Arts).
