Howick: Maintenance Foreman

Maintenance Foreman Reporting to: Plant Manager Seniority Level: Mid Career (Above 6 yrs exp) We are seeking a qualified Fitter or Millwright with over 10 years of Foreman/Supervisor experience to join our team in Howick, KZN Midlands. As the Maintenance Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance and repairs of plant and equipment, managing artisans, ordering spares, managing contractors, and identifying upgrades for efficiency. This is a hands on position that requires a sound level of physical fitness. Duties and Responsibilities: Maintenance and repairs of plant and equipment Management of artisans Ordering of Spares Managing contractors Identifying upgrades and new systems for efficiency Qualified Fitter/Millwright with 10 years of Foreman/Supervisor experience Ability to work at heights and climb ladders Rigging experience/qualification is an advantage Qualifications: Trade Test – Trade Fitter or Millwright/or relevant mechanical engineering diploma
