About the Role
Join Procera Holdings Proprietary Limited as a Debt Collections Agent and play a vital role in ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments for our clients. As an integral part of our local debt collection team, you will be responsible for managing arrears collections, maintaining accurate records, negotiating with debtors, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Arrears Collections: Ensure timely recovery of outstanding payments in line with company policies.
- Maintain Accurate Records: Update and manage customer databases to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Negotiate Effectively: Engage with debtors to reach fair and sustainable repayment solutions.
- Resolve Issues Promptly: Address queries and problems efficiently to maintain positive client relationships.
Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4 or higher qualification
- At least 2 years work experience (Grade 11)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Active listening and problem-solving skills
- Confident and assertive in expressing ideas and decisions
Qualifications
- Completed Matric / Grade 12 / NQF 4 or higher qualification
- Relevant work experience in debt collections or a related field (desirable)
