About the Role

We are looking for a confident, tech-savvy Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Ballito. If you are passionate about technology, cellphones, and accessories, and enjoy working in a target-driven retail environment, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
  • Assist customers in selecting cellphones, tech accessories, and gadgets
  • Recommend products based on customer needs and compatibility
  • Apply tempered glass screen protectors professionally
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets
  • Process POS transactions accurately
  • Maintain excellent store presentation and merchandising standards
  • Assist with stock control and stock counts

Requirements

Previous retail sales experience (Tech or cellphone retail preferred)

Good knowledge of smartphones, accessories, chargers, cables, earphones, power banks, etc.

Experience applying tempered glass screen protectors (advantageous)

Strong communication and customer service skills

Target-driven and motivated by commission

Well-presented and professional

Able to work retail hours (weekends & public holidays)

Qualifications

Matric (Grade 12) required
