About the Role
We are searching for an exceptional HEAD CHEF to lead the culinary vision at a luxury safari lodge perched on the rim of the Ngorongoro Crater. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the culinary vision and develop menus that showcase gourmet, international-standard cuisine with African influences.
- Maintain impeccable hygiene, discipline, and presentation in a high-stakes luxury environment.
- Design seasonal menus, source premium ingredients, and balance international techniques with local authenticity.
- Ensure flawless service during peak guest occupancy in a remote, high-demand environment.
- Develop junior chefs, foster growth, and maintain high morale in a close-knit team.
- Adjust menus and operations based on guest preferences and seasonal availability.
Requirements
- Diploma in Culinary Arts (or equivalent professional qualification)
- Mastery of international fine-dining standards with creativity to integrate African influences into gourmet menus
- Skilled in leading a small, high-performing kitchen team
- Fluent in English with clear communication skills

Salary & Benefits
- USD 2500 to USD 2800 per month (Net of taxes)
- A 10% employee contribution toward the NSSF is required, fully matched by a 10% employer contribution
