About the Role
As a qualified motor vehicle technician at The Talent Room, you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on vehicles to ensure they are running safely and efficiently. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, servicing, and repairs on vehicles
- Carry out routine maintenance, including oil changes, brake inspections, and engine checks
- Identify mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment
- Ensure all work is completed according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Complete job cards accurately and in a timely manner
- Provide feedback to service advisors on vehicle conditions and required repairs
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Requirements
- Qualified Motor Vehicle Technician (Red Seal preferred)
- Proven experience working with all brands of vehicles
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
