Key Responsibilities: Drive transaction growth across existing billers and payment channels (retail and digital). Identify, source, and onboard new billers. Build and maintain strong relationships with key biller stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor. Develop and manage strategic partnerships (e.g. banks and referral partners). Identify and implement innovative solutions to grow. Serve as the primary liaison between billers/prospects and internal teams. Collaborate with marketing to support and enhance market presence. Ensure smooth operational delivery for all biller-related activities. Monitor, analyse, and report on sales performance, opportunities, and forecasts. Job Experience and Skills Required: Relevant tertiary qualification. 5-8 years of similar experience in the payments/financial industry, with referenceable sales and enterprise-level client relationship management experience. Strong understanding of the payments environment (retailers, digital, banking, card schemes, EFT, settlement, acquiring, etc.) is crucial to the role. Apply now!
