Our client is a well-established manufacturing organisation that delivers high-quality solutions across multiple sectors, utilizing advanced production and digital tracking systems to maintain industry excellence.

As a Junior Process Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing, documenting, standardizing, and continuously improving business and manufacturing processes across all departments. •  Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyze operational data to track process performance, develop departmental KPIs, and generate reports and dashboards to support decision-making.
  •  Quality & Compliance: Assist the Quality department in maintaining compliance with ISO or internal standards, ensuring all processes meet regulatory and safety requirements.
  •  Health, Safety & Production Support: Collaborate with Health & Safety to incorporate safety standards into workflows, and support production teams (including cable extrusion) by improving process flow and troubleshooting.
  •  System Development: Assist in improving digital systems for process tracking (ERP, telematics) and promote automation where feasible to reduce manual effort.
