Job Description
- Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, and secretarial functions for individuals, companies, and trusts.
- Ability to prepare annual financial statements using Draftworx and/or Caseware.
- Proficient in Xero and Sage Accounting.
- Experience with payroll systems such as SimplePay and/or Sage Payroll.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Solid understanding of SARS systems, including eFiling and easyFile.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparation of financial statements and management accounts.
- Tax compliance and submissions for individuals, companies, and trusts.
- Company secretarial administration and compliance.
- Payroll processing and related statutory submissions.
- Assisting with staff supervision and management.
