Duties & Responsibilities Assist sales representatives in creating and converting opportunities. Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. Communicate product and technical information clearly and confidently. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Apply sound sales and negotiation techniques to support deal conversion. Work closely with the broader team to help achieve regional sales targets. Provide professional support in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. Be available for standby duties when after-hours arrangements are required. Requirements Degree/Diploma in Sales/Marketing (Preferred) Strong SAP experience is essential Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in sales, marketing, customer relationships, or a related internal sales environment. Strong communication skills. Ability to understand and communicate technical information. Strong interpersonal and customer service skills. Computer literacy and general administration. Professional approach in all dealings Valid drivers license. Experience in Engineering or technical environment will be advantageous.
