We have a great opportunity for a Regional Sales Manager with an automotive company in Johannesburg The duties and responsibilities include : Training and Development Assist dealers and branches to achieve 100% vehicle sales targets Assist dealers to develop business plans to have a workable plan in place with measurable to improve all the aspects of the business within their area of responsibility. Follow ups on agreed action plans to be evaluated monthly/quarterly Monitor customer compliant resolution where necessary to positively manage the brand Assist branches and dealers to obtain and retain key accounts by visiting them on alternate dealer visits as per schedule Requirements: Minimum of 3 years’ experience as Regional Sales manager in the automotive industry Bachelor’s Degree or Tertiary sales qualification equivalent Excel, Word, PPT proficiency Code 8 licence and own vehicle Commercial/Truck Industry Experience Experience working in a corporate branded dealership like MAN, Hino, UD Trucks etc. Excellent communication Skills Excellent Presentation Skills Confident and proactive approach-anticipates issues and requirements.
