About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team at Momentum Consult in Bruma. As a key member of our office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Your primary focus will be on handling all administrative functions on existing members’ profiles, while also providing accurate advice regarding risk and cover.
Key Responsibilities

- Provide accurate advice regarding risk and cover
- Upsell existing business
- Support claims and administration
- Retain policies and customers
Requirements
- Grade 12
- FAIS credits on NQF level 4, as per FSCA legislative requirements
- 4 years proven Short term Insurance Underwriting experience
- Computer literate (MS Office)
- Excellent communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Negotiation skills
Qualifications
