About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Attorney to manage our Johannesburg litigation caseload, providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on RAF matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and run a litigation caseload independently
- Handle RAF matters from inception to finalisation
- Draft pleadings, notices, and legal correspondence
- Conduct consultations with clients
- Appear in court when required
- Negotiate settlements where applicable
- Provide legal advice and strategic guidance on matters
- Ensure compliance with court rules and deadlines
Requirements
- LLB Degree
- Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa
- 5 years post-admission experience
- Proven experience handling RAF matters
- Strong litigation and court experience
- Valid drivers license
