About the Role
The Business Development Associate role at Unique Personnel Ltd is a critical position that requires generating revenue through securing completed and signed licence agreements for processing, while effectively managing licensee relationships to ensure timely invoice settlement. This involves establishing and maintaining strategic relationships with corporate stakeholders and government entities, assisting with collections, negotiating and concluding contracts or deals, and strategically planning and submitting set plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate revenue by securing completed and signed licence agreements for processing
- Effectively manage licensee relationships to ensure invoices are settled timeously
- Establish and maintain strategic relationships with corporate stakeholders and government entities
- Assist with debt collections
- Negotiate and conclude contracts or deals with senior-level management
- Strategically plan and submit set plans
- Create licensing communication
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or a related qualification
- Minimum of three (3) years experience in a senior sales/licensing role
- Knowledge and experience in sales techniques, including:
- Influencing
- Negotiating
- Prospecting
- Collective Management Organisation experience will be advantageous
Qualifications
- Valid Code 08 drivers licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicle
