About the Role

A leading Temporary Employment Services provider is seeking a high-performing Business Development Consultant with a proven track record in securing and growing outsourced workforce solutions. This is a performance-driven role suited to a commercially astute sales professional who consistently meets or exceeds targets and thrives in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Secure new TES clients and grow market share
  • Drive monthly GP and revenue targets
  • Build and manage strategic client relationships
  • Identify tender opportunities
  • Maintain strong sales pipeline

Requirements

Minimum 5 years Business Development experience within Temporary Employment Services (TES)

Proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets

Strong understanding of South African labour legislation

Qualifications

Valid drivers licence and own vehicle
