About the Role
The Chief Operating Officer is a senior leadership position responsible for overseeing the overall strategy, operations, and management of our organization. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience in the Road Freight or Aviation Industry, with a proven track record of success in COO or Senior Leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve operational objectives
- Manage financial performance, including cost, revenue, and cash management
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in the Road Freight or Aviation Industry
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a COO or Senior Leadership capacity
- MBA Qualification essential
- High-level proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and PowerBI
- Strong working knowledge across diverse business functions, including Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Operations
Qualifications
MBA Qualification is required.
Salary & Benefits
Monthly CTC of up to R 120 000, based on experience.
