About the Role
Our client, a leader in the hospitality industry, is seeking a Creditors Clerk to join their team based in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and timeously preparing payments to suppliers, maintaining up-to-date filing systems, and providing high-quality service to internal customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately prepare payments to suppliers strictly according to company policies and procedures and Gaming Regulations
- Maintain up-to-date filing systems
- Draw up accurate creditors aged reports and take prompt corrective action when required
- Provide fast, efficient, and friendly service to internal customers, either as part of a team or individually
Requirements
- Matric
- Relevant qualification in bookkeeping or accounting
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- 2 years’ experience in a similar position
