About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Sales Engineer to join our team, responsible for driving sales, revenue, and profitability targets while developing new clients and ensuring quality products meet customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for achieving sales, revenues and profitability targets
- Identifying and developing new clients
- Liaising with Workshop about the status of customer jobs and communicating possible lead times to customers
- Ensuring quality of product and standard are setup on all quality levels approved by client
- Resolving customer complaints, issues and queries to successful conclusions
- Confirming Quality Assurance in every aspect, especially in documentation control
- Ensuring compliance with all standards for Safety, Environmental, Work Procedures, and Quality
- Implementing methods and procedures for disposition of discrepant material and defective or damaged parts, assessing cost and responsibility
Requirements
- Matric Diploma or Certificate or Technical grades in Project Management/ or any relevant qualification
- Trade Certificate (Artisan) or similar preferable
- Minimum of 7 years experience in a similar role
