Job Summary
- Minimum of 2-5 years’ experience in an E-commerce Operations Management role
- Qualification: Degree/Diploma/Consumer Science in Marketing
- Manage Omni-channel experience (Shopify web shop, plugins and digital shopping experience)
- Develop site and page layouts
- Analyse performance
- Develop digital sales strategies
- Updating the product on the e-commerce store
- Expedite orders including picking, packing and despatching
- Manage returns
- Receiving stock into the retail DC
- Conduct cycle count
- Conduct stock taking of on-hand inventory
- Manage and report on social media
- Create digital advertisements and newsletters
- Manage customer interactions
