About the Role
Hire Resolve, a specialized IT and business consulting firm, is seeking an ERP Implementation Consultant to drive full-lifecycle ERP implementations for either Epicor Kinetic or Microsoft Dynamics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and/or audit experience, as well as expertise in ERP implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Implementation: Handle analysis, design, deployment, training, and ongoing support.
- Process Mapping: Map customer information flows between systems and processes.
- Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, reduce manual data intervention, and eliminate duplicate data capture or effort.
- Process Re-engineering: Focus on designing practical, efficient operational processes underpinned by modern technology.
Requirements
- Education: B.Com Finance (minimum) or an equivalent Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: 35 years of finance and/or audit experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong Microsoft Excel skills. (Microsoft SQL knowledge is highly advantageous.)
- ERP Expertise: Prior experience with full-cycle ERP implementation is a major plus.
