Executive PA | Gauteng | Permanent A senior support role at the heart of executive leadership and governance. This is an opportunity for a highly organised professional to work closely with the Managing Director while playing a key role in board coordination and governance administration. This role brings executive assistance and board secretariat support in-house, requiring someone confident in managing complex priorities, sensitive information, and structured governance processes. It is a senior support position, not a statutory Company Secretary or legal advisory role. Our client operates within a highly regulated, corporate environment and values professionalism, discretion, and precision. The organisation works closely with executive leadership and board structures, maintaining strong governance standards while operating at pace. What You’ll Do Provide high-level executive PA support to the Managing Director Manage complex diaries, meetings, correspondence, and executive travel Prepare presentations, reports, and executive-level documentation Coordinate board and committee meetings, including agendas and board packs Take accurate minutes, track actions, and manage follow-ups Maintain organised governance records, minutes, and resolutions Liaise with board members, executives, and outsourced governance providers Support compliance administration, contract tracking, and legal file management Handle confidential information with absolute discretion What You Bring Matric qualification (essential) 2–4 years’ experience as an Executive PA, Paralegal, or Board/Secretariat Support professional Experience supporting senior executives and board structures Exposure to governance processes, compliance, or legal administration Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism What Success Looks Like Seamless executive and board support with minimal oversight Well-organised, compliant governance documentation and processes Trusted partnership with executive leadership Accurate, timely, and professional board coordination
