Qualifications & Requirements Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (BCom Accounting/Finance). Professional qualification preferred (CA(SA), CIMA, or ACCA). Minimum 3 years experience in financial management, preferably in property, real estate, or investment sectors. Strong understanding of financial reporting standards, taxation, and property accounting. Proficiency in accounting/ERP software and MS Excel. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.
