• CA(SA) or equivalent qualification.

• 810 years experience in senior finance or accounting leadership roles.

• Skilled in stakeholder engagement and relationship management.

• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem solving.

• Advantageous: experience in rewards, loyalty programmes, or multi-partner business models.
