Job Description

Preference will be given to equity candidates: Gender & Group African Male/White Male/White Female Job purpose: Handles the daily record-updating and documentation of the human resources department and is the primary contact person for any HR-related queries. Key Accountable Responsibilities: Assist with recruitment procedures and advertising of vacant positions internally and externally. Accurately capture and process documents on Sage 300 people. Compile and consolidate documents for terminated, new and staff movement. Promptly update monthly reports. Assist with preparing evidence bundle for disciplinary enquiries and CCMA. Provide HR support to line managers and employees with HR related queries. Perform ad hoc HR duties as and when required. Competency and qualification requirements: Certificate/Diploma in Human Resource Management (NQF 5) Grade 12 2 years experience as a Human Resource Administrator Sage 300 people – 2 years experience Excel – Intermediate
