About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HRD Practitioner to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will assist the HR Manager in managing training budgets and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, while also driving impactful Organisational Development (OD) projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assisting HR Manager in compiling and administering the annual training budget
  • Monitoring training provided by internal and external trainers and taking prompt corrective action to improve learning results
  • Researching better training methods and implementing improvements on a regular basis
  • Ensuring accurate training records are kept up to date
  • Initiating and driving impactful OD projects which achieve their objectives
  • Scheduling training interventions based on needs analyses and managing/administering the training participants’ attendance from start to finish

Requirements

  • HR Diploma or Degree
  • Minimum of three years’ experience
