About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a key support function across the business, you will act as a vital link between departments and stakeholders, ensuring the smooth execution of business priorities across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-level executive and administrative support to the Managing Director
  • Manage a busy diary, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics
  • Track project timelines, action items, and deliverables across the business
  • Support operational coordination between departments and stakeholders
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and operational documents
  • Take accurate meeting minutes and follow up on action items

Requirements
