About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Education or similar. They will be responsible for ensuring that L&D initiatives align with organizational capability requirements, operational excellence, employee development, and the future skills roadmap.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure alignment of L&D initiatives with organisational capability requirements
- Consolidate training statistics for business reviews and compliance reporting
- Conduct ongoing Training Needs Analysis
- Implement the L&D strategy in alignment with HR, Operations, and Leadership requirements
- Ensure a consistent, high-quality learning experience across the business
- Develop, coordinate, and deliver learning programmes supporting organisational, team, and individual capability needs
- Partner with leaders to embed learning into performance management and career development
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Psychology, Education or similar
- 3 – 5 years in an L&D environment
- Experience managing an LMS and running end-to-end L&D cycles
- Experience in the development, facilitation, and learning programme development
