About the Role
Hire Resolve, a leading national residential property developer and community management company, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join their on-site operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that buildings, facilities, and common areas are maintained to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks to prevent defects and ensure building systems operate efficiently
- Perform repairs and replacements of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical components as needed
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any issues or concerns to management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and visitors
Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) Trade qualification (Electrical / Plumbing / Millwright or similar)
- 35 years experience in property, estate, or facilities maintenance
- Strong knowledge of general building systems
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication and customer service skills
