About the Role
Hire Resolve, a leading manufacturer and distributor of affordable home appliances in South Africa and internationally, is seeking a highly organized and creative Marketing Assistant/Coordinator to join their dynamic team. This role will provide an excellent opportunity for a proactive professional to grow into a Junior Product Manager position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage promotional materials and campaigns (ATL/BTL)
- Coordinate with creative agencies and manage social media and website updates.
- Support product launches, conduct market research, and track competitor activity
- Create marketing materials and presentations
- Coordinate and assist in organizing trade shows, promotional events, and store activations
- Manage marketing and merchandising material
- Handle daily administrative tasks, track invoices, manage the marketing budget
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of marketing or trade marketing experience, preferably in consumer durables.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
