Job & Company Description:
As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll manage incoming customer interactions via calls, emails, and other channels. You’ll provide accurate product information, process orders, and resolve Level 1 (L1) technical queries efficiently. This role is critical to ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
Education:

NQF Level 4 or equivalent in Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical field

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer support role
Fully L1 technically ready in EM product range
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Tech-savvy with ERP and Workspace systems knowledge
Ability to multitask and adapt to change
Experience in a technical or industrial environment

Beneficial:

Familiarity with sales order processing systems
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
