About the Role

As a Customer Support Agent at Network Finance, you will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational excellence. You’ll manage incoming customer interactions via calls, emails, and other channels, providing accurate product information, processing orders, and resolving Level 1 (L1) technical queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Manage incoming customer interactions via calls, emails, and other channels
Provide accurate product information to customers
Process sales orders in a timely manner

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer support role
Fully L1 technically ready in EM product range
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Tech-savvy with ERP and Workspace systems knowledge
Ability to multitask and adapt to change
Experience in a technical or industrial environment

Qualifications

NQF Level 4 or equivalent in Electrical, Mechatronics, or related technical field
