An established and expanding pharmaceutical company seeks a passionate Industrial Engineer to lead efficiency, optimization, and innovation within its production and logistics operations.
You’ll play a key role in streamlining workflows, integrating new technologies, and shaping the future of operational excellence in a company driven by purpose and performance.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Lean and continuous improvement projects across manufacturing and supply chain.
• Analyze data to identify process inefficiencies and implement sustainable solutions.
• Develop and track KPIs (OEE, yield, waste, downtime).
• Conduct time studies and layout optimization for production areas.
• Ensure GMP, ISO, and HSE compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive operational performance.
• Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing across departments.

Job Experience & Skills Required (Ideal Candidate Profile):

• BEng / BSc Industrial Engineering (required).
• 3–7 years’ experience in manufacturing, pharma, or FMCG.
• Proven record in process optimization or Lean Six Sigma.
• Strong analytical, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, SQL, or equivalent tools.
• Green Belt certification advantageous.
