About the Role
Network Finance is seeking an experienced SHEQ Manager to oversee all health, safety, environmental, and quality processes in our high-risk industrial environments. The ideal candidate will be confident working with systems, audits, and compliance, and able to maintain smooth operations across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain SHEQ systems and documentation
- Ensure the company stays compliant with safety and environmental regulations
- Conduct audits, inspections, and risk assessments
- Handle incidents, investigations, and reporting
- Support tenders and operational compliance requirements
- Work closely with teams on-site to maintain safe working practices
Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Safety, Environmental, or Quality Management
- Certifications such as SAMTRAC, NEBOSH, or ISO auditing
- 7–10 years’ experience in a SHEQ role within industrial environments
- Good understanding of ISO standards and South African safety regulations
- Experience with audits, risk assessments, and incident reporting
