About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Care Consultant to join our team in Johannesburg, providing exceptional support to our OEM customers. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries and complaints, dealer escalations, and ensuring compliance with CPA and OEM regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer enquiries and complaints via various channels (phone, email, etc.)
  • Resolve dealer escalations in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize Customer Case Management Systems to track and resolve issues
  • Monitor CSI and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in Customer Care within the Automotive Industry
  • Automotive OEM Level experience is highly advantageous
  • Diploma in Customer Service or Communications (essential)
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, including Excel
  • Proven experience in managing customer enquiries and complaints
  • Experience with Dealer Escalations, Customer Case Management Systems, CSI, and Customer Feedback Monitoring

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Own Transport required for work-related purposes
