About the Role
We are seeking an experienced OEM Motorcycle Parts Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motorcycle parts and accessories, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate records of motorcycle parts inventory
- Process orders and ensure timely delivery of parts to dealerships
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail
Requirements
- Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Motorcycle Parts and Accessories
- Minimum Grade 12 required
- Sound understanding of MS Office and IT Systems
- Strong administrative skills
- Ability to function independently with minimum supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- Annual Salary Package: R 370 000, based on experience
