About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OEM Motorcycle Parts Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motorcycle parts and accessories, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of motorcycle parts inventory
  • Process orders and ensure timely delivery of parts to dealerships
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Motorcycle Parts and Accessories
  • Minimum Grade 12 required
  • Sound understanding of MS Office and IT Systems
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Ability to function independently with minimum supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrator to join our team in Johannesburg, responsible for managing OEM Motorcycle Parts and Accessories. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motorcycle parts administration and excellent administrative skills.
