Job Purpose

Provide operational excellence support across all production operations (Onshore and Offshore). Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations of oil, gas, water, and marine facilities through compliance monitoring, operational assessments, performance analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, or Process Engineering.

Experience

• 10+ years preferred in Oil & Gas production operations (Onshore and Offshore).

Technical Knowledge

• Treatment/desalination.
• Gas processing.
• Pipelines.
• Water terminal & marine.

Standards & Systems

• Integrity.
• Safety with OE elements (PDCA) management.
• Asset management.

Preferred Exposure

• Root cause analysis (RCA).
• Energy efficiency.
• HSE compliance.

Competencies Technical Knowledge

• Operations monitoring of oil, gas, water, and marine production.
