How you`ll role
As a Paid Media Campaign Manager, you endeavour to understand your clients objectives and their target market, and engage them by running media campaigns on a range of social platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Tik Tok, Instagram, X. You will target appropriate audiences and motivate them to do something, such as buy a product or service, or convey valuable information about a brand, industry or issue. You fully understand the relevant social platforms and employ best practice to plan and implement campaigns that keep on top of emerging technology and market trends. In this role you will aim to consistently exceed revenue and profit objectives by planning, implementing, managing and reporting on media campaigns across a portfolio of clients in order to fulfil the clients media objectives.

What you`ll do

• Assist teams to interpret and translate client briefs
• Develop and translate client briefs into social campaign briefs
• Ensure deadlines are met
• Business development assist in developing strategies for pitches and new client acquisition
• Accuracy in production of social media campaign work
• Effectively manage and optimise social campaigns
• Supply of information for strategies, plans, implementation and reporting on a range of social channels
• Achieve and adhere to budgets, targets and KPIs established per campaign
• Work with cross-divisional teams
• Development of social media assets with the content team
• Build relationships with social platform partners
• Effectively communicate with clients (If required) and team members
• Daily communication via telephone, meetings, emails, agendas, contact reports and client account status documents
• Attend meetings, statuses, briefings, reviews
• Keep fully abreast of the latest social media campaign tools
• Manage and maintain task folders, files and information
• Manage and maintain project and task timekeeping

• Mid to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
• Digitally connected with an insatiable curiosity to learn and develop knowledge
