About the Role

As a Process Analyst in our Agile and Automation team, you will play a crucial role in transforming our Academy’s processes into digital blueprints, ensuring seamless integration with regulatory compliance checkpoints. With a strong focus on automation, AI implementation, and stakeholder support, this is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Process Analyst to leverage their expertise and contribute to the success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design visual blueprints of all Academy projects from learner recruitment and SETA registration to EISA and certification QCTO/SETA Integration
  • Map regulatory compliance checkpoints into the digital workflow to ensure no “Evidence of Competence” is missed
  • Use Google AppSheet and Apps Script to automate manual data entry, learner tracking, and document submissions
  • Leverage Gemini for Google Workspace to analyze quality reports and audit findings for rapid gap identification
  • Organize compliance and QA tasks into 2-week agile sprints to ensure accreditation renewals and SETA uploads are never late
  • Facilitate “Retrospectives” between the QA and Compliance teams to optimize the Quality Management System (QMS)
  • Maintain a digital backlog of process improvements, prioritizing those that reduce audit risk or administrative friction
  • Ensure all workflows align with specific SETA and QCTO roles (Assessors, Moderators, and Administrators)
  • Support the Compliance Officer in ensuring training programs are mapped accurately against the SFIA (Skills Framework for the Information Age) levels
  • Build real-time Looker Studio dashboards to provide the QA and Compliance officers with a live view of “compliance health”

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Business Process Management, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • 35 years as a Process Analyst, ideally within a SETA-accredited training provider or educational environment
  • Agile Certification: Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Project Management certification is highly advantageous

Qualifications

  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Forms, AppSheet, and Gemini AI)
  • Experience with process mapping software (e.g., Lucidchart, Miro, or Visio)
  • Understanding of the NQF, SAQA, and QCTO regulatory landscape
