About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to join our team, bridging the gap between physical machinery and mobile systems in the mining industry. As a key member of our digital strategy team, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting digital solutions across various mining operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and support digital strategies across mining operations
- Develop dashboards and maintain digital data platforms
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and accessibility
- Lead digital initiatives and monitor operational performance
- Deliver SHE training and ensure compliance
- Build strong stakeholder relationships
- Manage service provider performance
- Train users and develop a strong understanding of systems to troubleshoot problems that may arise
- Promote sustainability and environmental responsibility
Requirements
- Certification in Systems Development & Integration
- 7 years in systems development and integration
- 3 years in mining/digital enablement (advantageous)
- 5 years in mining/explosives (advantageous)
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Technical trade with field experience
