We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide full administrative and operational support within a fast-paced construction environment. The successful candidate will assist senior management with daily coordination, scheduling, and communication to ensure smooth business operations and effective project support. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage diaries, schedules, and appointments for senior management Coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes Handle correspondence, emails, and telephone communication professionally Maintain organised filing systems (electronic and manual) Operational & Site Support: Assist with project-related administration and documentation Liaise with site teams, suppliers, and subcontractors Track and follow up on project timelines, deliverables, and outstanding tasks Support procurement processes and order tracking where required Financial & Reporting Assistance: Assist with invoice processing and basic financial administration Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation Monitor expenses and assist with budget tracking Coordination & Communication: Act as a point of contact between management, clients, and site staff Arrange travel, accommodation, and logistics where required Ensure effective communication flow across departments Minimum Requirements: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Administrator, or similar role Experience within the construction or related industry will be advantageous Strong organisational and time management skills Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Key Competencies: High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Strong problem-solving skills Professionalism and confidentiality Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Additional Requirements: Valid drivers license (advantageous) Ability to work flexible hours if required Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude
