About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced F&B Manager to join our 5* Game Lodge in Limpopo. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily food and beverage operations, including menu planning, inventory control, and staff supervision
- Ensure seamless execution of events and functions, including weddings and corporate meetings
- Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and overall profitability
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase F&B revenue
- Maintain high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Proficient in MS Office with good to advanced Excel skills
- Working knowledge of hospitality PMS systems (Opera/Symphony advantageous)
- 5 -10 years’ relevant experience in food and beverage management
- Valid RSA ID driver’s license
