Johannesburg: PRODUCTION – SHIFT SUPERVISOR

Production – Shift Supervisor FMCG, Manufacturing OR Paper & Pulp Industry * National Diploma OR NQF Level 6: Mechanical/Elect Engineering Operations Management OR Production Management Industrial Engineering * Minimum 5 Years’ experience in a Manufacturing/FMCG or Paper & Pulp environment * Computer Literate Responsibilities: Oversee Production Processes and ensure adherence to Quality Standards Supervise a team of Production workers and provide guidance and support Monitor Production output and address any issues that may impact efficiency Collaborate with other Departments to optimize Production schedules Implement and maintain safety protocols in the Production area Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD – will be verified
